Winter Sunday Roast Dinner Venues – Ibiza
We Brits love a good traditional Sunday roast and thankfully, there are various venues to get your hunger fix at the end of a long winter week on the island.
We’ve created a list of our favourite restaurants that serve meat, and meat-free roast dinners with all the trimmings, so you’ll be spoilt for choice on a Sunday afternoon.

Sol House – Ibiza
If you’re an Insta fan and follow all things ‘Ibiza’ related then you’ll have probably heard of Sol House already.
Renovated in 2016, the fresh and modern venue is part of the Meliá Group, boasts two swimming pools and some of the best views over San Antonio.
Located in Cala de Bou (The Bay Of San An), the airy rooms and suites offer chilled-out breaks for adults in search of fun, sun and good music.
Their famous Rooftop Nine pool bar provides the backdrop to some of the islands most idyllic sunsets, along with DJ’s playing day and night throughout the summer months.
As you enter their reception area you’re greeted by a large white Rhino sculpture amongst various other artists contributions, which really make the hotel stand out from others in the area. It’s fun, light and very, very welcoming.
The hotel is situated along the beach-front where you’ll find a range of fun water sports, boats to other parts of the island and the water taxi which takes you over to San Antonio in around 5 minutes.
The rooftop pool is perfect for catching those Balearic rays over a few cocktails! The somewhat iconic infinity pool has been the staple of many Instagrammers photo posts over the last two years too. With a Cocktail in hand, the perfect bikini and the views towards the mountains, it’s hard not to bag yourself a new profile picture to make everyone at home green with envy.
If you’re into your fitness then Sol House also has a gym to keep your well earned holiday-bod up to date.
If you’re skipping the workouts and going straight for holiday mode then you’ll be spoilt for choice in one of their three spacious dining areas. You can enjoy lunch around the ground floor pool area with friends at ‘Play Bar’, Taco’s and Tequila at their ‘Canalla’ bar in the lobby or their ‘Food Factory’ buffet restaurant. Las Mimosas – A Taste of The Real Ibiza

Defected Eden Ibiza Opening Party 2018
Defected returned with an almighty bang last night to Eden, and it was an electronic whirlwind from start to finish.
Legendary founder Simon Dunmore played an eargasmic set at the sold out event alongside his protégé and talented artist in her own right, DJ Sam Divine which marks the start of their 21 week residency that graces Eden’s dancefloors every Sunday until the first week of October.
